Can the Scottish Conservatives ever win again? A BBC Westminster Hour report.

The report focuses on Murdo Fraser's plan to create a separate Scottish identity. The other three candidates want to retain the existing structures but Fraser quotes Albert Einstein's definition of insanity to urge a more radical change: "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
