Can the Scottish Conservatives ever win again? A BBC Westminster Hour report.
All four candidates for the leadership of the Scottish Conservatives talk to John Beesley about the future of the Scottish Party in this eight minute BBC Radio 4 report. The report focuses on Murdo Fraser's plan to create a separate Scottish identity. The other three candidates want to retain the existing structures but Fraser quotes Albert Einstein's definition of insanity to urge a more radical change: "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
8,500 Scottish members will decide the outcome of the contest.
