Its not really easy to change suich things. Many in my family have the dreaded French 'beufff' expression, which makes us look bored or uninterested to whatever is going on, and apart from forcing a smile its impossible to get rid of. I'm sure president Obama has a similar problem, expect that his smile perhaps paints a picture of fake interest or confidence.
These things are set in stone. We can't choose or change them.
