An earlier Libertas video ridiculed the mainstream party leaders' apologies:
« BNP leader Nick Griffin is to be a guest at a Buckingham Palace garden party | Main | UKIP promises five year freeze in immigration in latest European Elections broadcast »

Libertas should be careful of putting out a video stating that Ashley Mote is a UKIP MEP!
They should also be wary of stating that someone has been convicted of fraud when the trial has not actually taken place!

1 in 6 UKIP MEPs elected in 2004 have faced criminal charges related to public money. No getting away from it, they're the worst of the lot!

John Smith, That makes a total of 2 and neither of them are any longer in the party.
We will just have to wait and see what percentage of the other parties have had their snouts in the trough!

Clearly there is a very good case for Lawyers look hard at Libertas before they start the elections. Maybe grounds to sue with very misleading defamation. They should be wary of stating that someone has been convicted of fraud when the trial has not actually taken place!

Lindsay Jenkins is not a UKIP member or researcher and never has been. Tom Wise MEP and Lindsay Jenkins are, under British law, innocent until proven guilty. This video prejudices any future trial.
Jeffrey Titford was cleared of the allegations. I am sure that he will be consulting is lawyers over this video.
Libertas is clearly desperate to make illegal and libelous statements. Stuff the Libertossers!!

Please note that a Liberatas candidate in the Czech Republic has been convicted of tax evasion.

In the 1st one, apart from a few bits of text that turn me off libertas from their negative stance (I thought they were supposed to bring positivity to the EU) most of it seems like a promotion for UKIP!
£60k for doing not much in brussels - that's why we're better off out!
The 2nd one shows why we're better off out too given it may be possible to detect fraud and deal with it at UK level but you ain't gonna be able to scratch the surface of the EU problem.
Totally shooting themselves in the foot - I thought about voting libertas but then realised they're just as bad and they're trying to mask federalism with the pretence of liberalism.

Well that was a bizarrely bad ad, it looks like it was put together by a 10 year old and has very little in the way of a point. I was strongly considering voting for Libertas until i watched that thing!
