Mr Cable also discussed his new small business bank and the possibility of a mansion tax.

Will Cable's Business Bank be as inefficient as Clegg's Growth Fund ?

I completely agree with Cable, that his age is not a problem.
It's his,(and many other Lib Dems)snide comments, unfunny 'jokes', usually at the expense of cabinet colleagues, his lack of action/implementing policies,up to now on the business front, and how newcomers to his department have finally got this dinosaur to get a wriggle on.
All in all he is the perfect Lib Dem leader.
