I lived in Rhodesia when he was the foreign sec to the U.K. I also recall the presidet / King / boss of Jordan saying as an aside , is he any good as a doctor? that sums up his career!
All mouth and no trousers, doing one job, and the Jordanians asking if he was any good at another?
So anything he says is taken with a pinch of salt, and dis-belief.
