It doesn't make sense - Lord Young had to go for expressing something far minor in content....we now have a LibDem Minister expressing gross disloyalty to the Coalition to two perfect strangers, breaching the Ministerial code and he stays. The Coalition now have a neutered Minister who may act like a loose canon to deal with....he has been utterly humiliated...and it's his own fault. Hung by his own petard.
