I am a 70 year old, who, at 66 had a new hip on the NHS. I was given hip resurfacing surgery, and I am still skiing ! My wife was given a new hip by the NHS at the age of 68. Our neighbour at 75 has just had a hip replaced. My mother, at 95 has had a cateract operation. There is absolutely no truth in the rumour that older people do not get treated on the NHS.
To make up their minds the American people need facts and not rumour.
