Paul Boateng discussing talks between the French Minister for the Environment Dominique Voynet and Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott.  They had been talking at an environmental summit, and when talks broke down, Prescott blamed it on Voynet, to which she responded that Prescott was behaving in an "inveterate macho" and "really pathetic, shabby" manner.
