More importantly what would this policeman do if there was a terrorist attack? Answer - not much.

In this video the PM gets into a car whose side widows are totally obscured with snow except for a keyhole to see the wing mirror. This is unsafe and illegal. Why wasn't Mr Plod arresting the driver on the spot?
