Wouldn't it be wonderful if as his first act as DG Hall asked the creepy Patten to stand down as Chairman as he has been utterly discredited by this series of scandals.
I know its only dreaming - but even so....

Having seen inb the new D-G, it's surely time for "gravy-train" Patten to go? He serves no useful function and is clearly a waste of public money.
