Not one jot. It works. Leave it alone. Strange isn't how those arguing against House of Lords reform with the cry 'It works. Leave it alone' then argue for NHS reform. It works. Leave it alone. Or else you will set off a hornets nest against the Conservative party in the country.


No it doesn't "work" - too often its a shambles, sometimes its a disaster. No other country copies it and most do better with less.

Change to outdated and restrictive working practices has been obstructed for years by shrill, organised protests from NHS unions and their political wing, Labour.

Fundamental change is badly needed.
