One presumes he was in receipt of state benefits, despite having made himself unavailable for work. The hard-working taxpayers yet again paying the feckless to indulge themselves, and also for policing. Haw was just an expensive nuisance, and did not merit an eulogy.
Martin W, this man is DEAD? Whatever you may feel about his politics (and I did not agree with him on many matters) can you not find some pity in your heart at his passing?
One of Britain's great eccentrics to be numbered along with Bill Boakes etc. May he Rest in Peace and I shall pray for the repose of his soul.

I admired him for his commitment to his principles and his getting up pompous politicians' noses!
