Congratulations to the Taffies for making a wise choice. Now with their Assembly having some real powers they can have a meaningful devolved government like the Scots.
It is now time that England, the largest part in size and population of the nation, had its own devolved Assembly to deal with English Matters.

Holly, it has always been the number of people who can be bothered to vote who determine an election or referendum. Those who sit on their arses cannot complain if they don't like the result and have no right to be counted if they do not use their right to vote. With Postal Votes now available to everyone there is absolutely no excuse for not voting, even if one returns a spoilt paper or writes "None of the above" on it.
35.4% of Welsh voters COULD be bothered and the majority of them did vote YES. That's good enough for me. I think they call this "Democracy" or something?
