Sorry to nit-pick, but Santorum wasn't Governor of PA, but one of its US Senators. Mrs Cleethorpes Rock had the dubious honour of having this nutjob as her Senator and even our Republican friends think he's crazy. He's just trying to push his "values" agenda into the campaign; namely to shrink government....until it's just about small enough to fit into your bedroom.
And as for using "Don't Stop Thinking about Tomorrow", that's just not on- that's Copyrighted as Bill Clinton's theme tune!

Never heard of him, expecting this to be the only time I hear his name. He does seem to be the pushing agenda type. Why he bothers is beyond me.
