I doubt that, in the deep recesses of his mind, even he believes that the stimulus has been successful.

Very few economists backed his plan. So much for "wide consensus".
He also pledged " no earmarks" in the stimulous.
" What does "responsible for saving jobs mean?" Either they created/saved jobs or they didn't. Problem, is that the unemployment rate has risen above the figure that this idiot said would be the disasterous consequence of NOT passing the Bill!!
He spent the ( borrowed Chinese) money and still has a depression looming.
This guy is a car crash one term President.
