Why hasn't he waited until he had clear concise proposals and presented them to Parliament?
When will he reintroduce embarkation controls ?

cognizant, wipro, satyam, and the other indian outsourcing slave traders will love this news, hey their hundreds of thousands of grads from mickey mouse indian colleges will still be able to swarm in pay less tax than brits, displace brits from the workforce, engage in racist abusive practises, abuse their workforces, take jobs where there is already massive oversupply of workers, take all the IT grad trainee jobs so that there is a self fullfilling lack of qualified brits a year or two down the line. Hey they are getting paid over this limit (if you count the expenses they count in). Why are we ignoring the expensive school places their children take? the NHS beds their families fill? and why oh why do more than 30% go onto get indefinite leave to remain and citizenship?
crazy crazy crazy

Yet another in a growing list of betrayals, dressed up in palliative (that is, without meaning or conviction) phrases designed to appease. Appeasement is the name of the game with this government -- promises of action followed by reassuring nonsense. Losing contact with the grassroots and losing the ability to recognise that.
