Contrary to Johnathan Isaby's comment, Cameron messed up his final question. He was supposed to say the last 5 years, but instead asked about the Labour government. Schoolboy error.

Brown in June 2009 tried to have Ed Balls become Chancellor and Darling moved to home secretary. It has always been Brown's plan for Balls to become Chancellor. Brown and Balls are very close and both love to spend your money.
