Scotland is not subsidised. The civil service said in the 1970's that Scotland was being subsidised and a recent freedom information act paper showe this to be a lie. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on you.
When you add in Scotland's oil and gas revenues scotland actually subsidises the rest of the uk and this at time when the UK itself has massive budget deficits. The civil service should stop lying to Britain.
