The Illinois Senator says that Bush's Iran policy has failed and that is why he'll talk to Iran in the same way that Ronald Reagan talked to the Soviet Union.

McCain hits back saying that unconditional talks with enemies are reckless. Iran will view talks with a US president as a victory and will enlarge its terror-supporting status in the region.
