£963.58. Is that all? Has everyone suddenly forgotten what he did when he first had to move out of County Hall? He gave everything away to groups and people that he personally approved of. Even ex-workers who had been given interest free loans to buy cars, were presented with those cars free of any furthet payments, for the simple reason that Ken didn't want the incoming administration to have one penny left in the coffers - and this was "our" money - the London tax payers!
Ken again? - Ken Never!
