There have been no cuts to police in London. Interestingly the Hard Left, including Livingstone whose chances of winning next year must now be my newt, always reacts this way to their party losing power.

It's as if livingstone has forgotten that Labour were in power for the past thirteen years.
The social problems haven't suddenly been created since last May, and, if anything, his own party are mostly responsible, if one is to believe such lawlessness and opportunism is the result of social issues.
