If this is supposed to be Boris' big election winning idea for 2012 then please welcome back Mayor Livingstone Ladies and Gentlemen.
When is Boris going to start to do something to ensure that the suburbs, who elected him last time around, will do so again? This kind of green pleasing lefty nonsense will not do anything to assure a Conservative victory in the Mayoral contest and is of no interest whatsoever to the suburban doughnut who must be persuaded out to vote Boris again f he is to retain his post.
