"Cross border migration"! What a pathetic justification for Campbell, as a Scottish MP, voting on English University fees. If it is valid, then it would equally justify English MPs voting on Scottish University fees, but of course that is impossible thanks to the constitutional changes in 1997 which Campbell and his party enthusiastically supported. Well if they will not play ball over student fees then we should tell them to forget having an economically damaging CGT hike.Likewise if we save the Euro then we should say to Brussels and the Lib Dem's the UK will be regaining powers from the EU in exchange.Compromise is key as is live and let live.But if the Lib Dem's want a freeze on university fees and the Euro being saved then there should be a price.
