Let's just hope they don't elect a Labour council who'd use budget constraints as an excuse to close it to the public.

Really its a rather modest swimming pool, I have seen and swam in far grander privately owned pools in this country. But in any case this is not Gaddafi's swimming pool it belonged to his daughter.
