Maybe the uproar in Britain caused them to step back from demanding that the UK pays up, as Germany said we "must".
When you read the attached you cannot but be struck by the cheek of the French and Germans to blame the Anglo Saxon banks for the problems of, inter alia, Greece. Read and understand.
