Apart from the fact that the courageous British Government hasn't actually done anything of any great import YET, apart from threatened and tinker, what else of any use has this BANKER got to say? Perhaps it was Eric Pickles ridding DCLG of pot plants that really swung it for Dave and Nick on the international stage!
