But #welovetheNHS doesn't counter the lies being told. All #welovetheNHS did was allow people who had used it to say that they had. "The NHS cared for my grandparents" - well gee, you think so? A £100bn service and that is the best they can come up with to keep it?

The hypocracy is fantastic. Twitter, which is a PRIVATE CAPITALIST company. Despite the rather silly nature of Fox News it isn't fair to characterise the debate in such a way but the left does like to shut down debate.
