His reasons for going were clearly wrong, but I don't feel it was wrong for him to remove Saddam from office. People are always too willing to forget Blair's achievements in Ireland and in many respects Kosovo.
Of course, I don't know what it's like to lose a relative in a conflict, but I do think that after 8 years, that Blair should be given a bit of a break from this constant hounding. Are they still going to do it when he's 90 years old? They're never going to get the answers they're after. Worse men have done worse things.

Clement, he lOVES it! Tons of publicity, Tony is in the news again and he knows he is safe from any prosecution over his waging war with no justification and based on false premises. The very worst thing that could ever happen to Anthony Charles Lynton Blair would be to be forgotten and ignored by the media.
